Question about the Blood Shasti Club

I preordered the game and got the blood Shasti club. I d/l'd it and it does not show up on my weapon wheel but it does show up on the screen where you upgrade stuff.. I thought it would be available from start of game. You should not have to progress in game or what is the point in getting it for a preorder. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

    Hey BamaWaz, welcome to Oros!

You may have to move the item from your stash into your personal inventory. Just check your stash and it should be there. Update this thread if you are still unable to get your club.

I have a different question about the club Smarmy, i found this description about the club.

    • A new weapon, the Blood Shasti Club: A bloodstained club of bone and teeth once wielded by Ull, the vicious leader of the Udam. This weapon is unbreakable and cannot be consumed by flame.

Yet when I use the club as a torch, it does get burned up.

    Hey StormRaging,

Yes this is a known issue. The club is supposed to be resistant to fire and yet it's consumed by that fire. The developers are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.

Until then thank you for contributing and giving us more information to work with.

So the pre-order incentive does not even function as intended?

Do you guys know something that we don't? Because it looks like the joke is on the consumer once more.

Can no one do a solid job anymore and actually deliver a full working product?

    Don't answer that.

I have to completely agree here.

Normally, I'm pretty lenient with the developers of a game, realizing that they are real people working hard to appease the interests of varying fans who want different things, business-oriented publishers, and many other demands. People on the internet can be unnecessarily harsh, as well.

But seriously, was this game even tested before launch? This Blood Shasti Club issue seems like something that would have been very easily caught had anybody actually played the game before releasing it. It's pretty pathetic that a selling point of the $5 DLC is broken and does not function as intended nor as advertised. (At least it's not like I paid $60 for a broken port to the PC or anything, but why sell something when it doesn't work as advertised? That's not a very good business practice.)

Ubismarmy, I realize that you cannot release information without being given the green light, but are you able to tell us when we might receive a patch to fix this?
