Hi All,
Let me say first off that some of the products put out by UBISOFT are amazing.
However, after going threw 85% of the posts here on UBISOFT FORUMS I have observed that 75% of the 85% are dealing with problems that a huge company like UBISOFT should never be having due to the amount of money UBISOFT generates. I am hesitant to be buying any UBISOFT products or services as a result of my research.

My research dealt with the type of problems that were/are posted here in this forum. Problems that UBISOFT should have never had to begin with.Especially after having the software in beta test with numerous people involved with this beta test. However, if you like, Ubi-Joel, I can post ever single one of the problems. If, in fact this is what you are asking me to do with the reply you posted then here is a sample of the problems already posted that should have been taken care of long before the software was released;

Uplay not saving settings
I installed a new web cam Logitech C920 and Uplay picked up on that and now in the voice comms settings it has made the webcam microphone the default device.
I have ran Uplay as an administrator, changed the settings under both General and Voice Chat screen, closed out and relaunched the Uplay client and the settings revert back to the webcam microphone.
Any suggestions?

PreOrdered the Division, not showing up in Game tab
title says it all, my cousin preordered it as well but it shows up in his tab under preordered. My uplay launcher doesnt show the game or the preordered tab. Whats going on?

I have the order # and this is my only Uplay account i have, even the confirmation email.
