Unable to connect to Ubisoft online on the PS4

    Hello,

A friend has been unable to play any Ubisoft game online. He has tried numerous restarts to his modem and PS4, port forwarding, disabling his firewall, switching the DMZ, having Comcast unblock ports, unlinking and then relinking his PSN account to his UPlay account, and everything else in between. He's talked to Comcast numerous times. He's talked to Ubisoft customer support numerous times. So far no luck. Due to the problems he's been having he even missed out on both betas for The Division.

Is there anything else he can do? I think I read somewhere some people have had to have something reset on the Ubisoft side because they accidentally clicked no instead of yes? I don't know. Ideas are quickly running out and patience is long gone.

If someone from Ubisoft sees this and is able to help his PSN is tarcian

    Thank you!

Edit: I forgot to mention he is playing Farcry Primal and was also unable to access the online features.

    Hey there, EmCSquared.

This definitely sounds like something Ubisoft support will need to help with as it will likely require more information. I noticed you said your friend talked with Support. Did the friend submit a ticket about this? There shouldn't be anything to click that would lock someone out like this.

Here is contact information for our support teams based on location: https://support.ubi.com/en-US/FAQ.as...0000000eiChCAI

He actually submitted 2 support tickets. The first one he was told by the support agent that by doing the port forward he wouldn't have any problems using the online features. The second one hasn't resulted in any success either
