    Access Code for Just Dance Unlimited purchased through xbox store

    I purchased Just Dance 2016 Gold Edition through the xbox store and did not receive the access code for Just Dance Unlimited. Please provide me with the code I paid for.

    Have you checked if your access to Just Dance Unlimited wasn't enabled automatically? it can happen that way if purchase was digital.

    I've got the same problem on PS4 system, I've bought digital subscribe of JD Unlimited. On my PS4 system, in settings-services I've got this subscribe but game doesn't see it and says that I haven't got it.
    What the problem?

    Hi Nimway26,

    If the Unlimited songs aren't populating the song list (usually in the second and subsequent lines) or it's showing your Unlimited account having no time (by checking the "Unlimited" page from the main menu), check to make sure you're logged in to the same profile from which the subscription was purchased. If, after that, you still don't have access to the Unlimited tracks, please contact our support team. Attaching a photo or screenshot of your proof of purchase to the support ticket will help out.

    I have only one account in UBI and one in PS4. When I bought it, i've just went to PS store and bought it for 1 year. When I come into game, use triangle to go to JDU, it tells that I don't have JDU. And when I just check songs in 2nd line, I can't use it.
    But on PS settings I have this subscription. From 22.02.16 to 22.02.2017.

    Also I wrote to support team 4 days ago and I didn't get any answer, and I think they won't help me soon(

    Before anything else, please try the following steps:

    1. On the PlayStation Dashboard, select Settings
    2. Select PSN
    3. Choose the option to Restore Licenses
    4. Select Restore

    Let me know if that fixes the problem.

    I did it before 2 times. It didn't help(
    On PS setting I have point services, where I have 2 points. 1st is PlayStation Plus, and another is Just Dance Unlimited for 1 year. So, in my PS account I have this subscription, but game doesn't see it.
    When I bought this subscription I didn't go to game for buy it. I just went to PS store and bought it there. Maybe problem in it. Cause it didn't connect to my UBI account. I don't know. And unfortunately support team don't give my any answers.(
