Hello, admin or whoever is in charge of the game. Here's my case. I modified the horseshoes in the Rodeo event last year in order to get the horse bike sooner. And after that I found that I couldn't access the bunker and the gift box, also I couldn't make any progress on leaderboard. So I suspected I had been banned, then I contacted Ubi Support, the ticket number is 02521819, they confirmed the ban exists, but they said any removal of a ban is at the desecration of the development team. So I'd like to request an unban, I promise I won't make any modification to the game data again. Thanks in advanced!
