    My Digital Content Code is not Working.

    I purchased a Collector Edition of Far Cry Primals for PS4. Thanks for this Amazing game. It game is working fine, but I am having problem with CODE to Unlock All Digital Content. when i tried to redeem my code, it said that it is expire or used. Is this a technical problem? or something else. Can you please solve my problem. Thanks in advance.

    Sorry to hear about the issue you've experienced. As the game is not officially released until 23rd February, your content codes may not work until that time.

    I'd kindly ask that you try using your code again once the game has been officially released.

    dlc code not working

    yeah im in the same boat DLC code does not work on xbox one, it says something went wrong try again later, its Tuesday 23rd Feb?

    Same Issue

    My digital content will not be accepted either (Xbox One). And the other issue is that the UPlay connection will not work also (which gives you another perk)... If this is because it is going off US date/time then why release a game if we cannot use what we have paid for until. Make the Aussie release date one day after the US. Very disappointed I spent extra money on this game and made a special trip to the game shop just to pick it up.

    Ubisoft when will you guys launch a game without massive issues. We can forgive insignificant glitches but not getting what we paid for is unforgivable...

    The game has been officially released in Australia!!! Ubisoft should have been aware of this or next time release the day after the US and we'll get it the same day.
    I expect to use a product when I buy it not given a product that is useless.
    This is the reason why sooooooo many fans of your titles hate playing your games, not the game itself (as they are great once they start working properly) just the release issues and Uplay bs that annoys us all!

    can you tell me when the codes redeemed on the website will be sent out I have the game but not the code yet, the site says they would be sent on the 23rd which is today yet no code has been sent to my email address I have the thank you email but that's it, is there a time frame for them

    Hi guys,

    XBL was having some issues earlier with content usage and other core services. According to their status site these should be cleared up now.

    Can you confirm if your issues persist?

    In regards to the content emails please check both the email address attached to your console ID and the email address tied to your Uplay account to make sure you haven't missed them.
