Hi Team,
1. Cannot bind num pad / and num enter
These keys both cause chat to engage during active gameplay.
I am certain there are many left handed mouse users who also bind movement and other keys to the numpad area on thier respective keyboards.
This gets problematic when chat is accidentally engaged when trying to use all the keys in the vicinity for movement and various move combinations.

I can also confirm this problem.
As a left handed user the number of keys is already limited when using the numpad keys.
In my case I always use num_/ as reload and num_Enter as crouch/cover.
Massive/Ubisoft, please fix this.
I would hate using a 3rd party key binder program to go around this issue (like I have to for some Bethesda games).
And even that might not work because of Divisions anti cheat check.

The main Enter key is also affected. Exponentially worse is that it's bound to chat, so if you're used to pressing that key out of habit, you can enjoy being made into a sitting duck for the NPCs and let's not forget the backstabbing rogue agent scum.
I'm not left-handed but I've been playing on the right side of the keyboard (arrow keys) since, oh, Doom...
I can't believe developers still hard-code binds... there's rarely a good excuse for doing so.
It's my #1 reason not to buy this game, at least not until it's either fixed or on sale for around $10.
