So many whiny Australians in this thread. The release didn't occur until 1 AM Saturday morning in New Zealand. Just play it in the morning, if you're a devoted fan, you'll stay up the night. It's an open beta that free to be apart of, you're not entitled to anything. Some of your seem to have forgotten the earth is round and just because it's not the ideal time to perform maintenance where you are, doesn't mean Ubisoft should bend over backwards to accommodate a very small portion of their gaming community. You are not the center of the universe. Be patient.

i got delta 2000950 yesterday when the game was supposedly up and running meaning that i couldn't even create a character nor participate yesterday because of the amazing timing and bugs.
Just let them do their job.

You gotta love the way everybody is *****ing about this shut down. If they need time to do something then they need time.
Your getting to play it for free.
Dosnt matter when they shut down it will be bad for somebody. I want to get on now but I can't but I'm not gonna cry about it or stamp my feet about how unfair it is.
They do it at this time of day becouse this is the best time for them, it's the middle of there working day. If the server was it America or China then it would be at a diffrent time of the day in relation to your location .
Now shut the **** up, let them do there jobs and make our experience the best it can be. Rather this than push the game back another month

Games evolve to some degree during beta, and this is obviously no exception. I'm a little surprised they took it down for a ~3hr maint due to the duration of the "beta", but then again I'm also surprised to see an open beta running for only ~3 days.

I didn't much care for a 7am release, nor am I thrilled about a 4am-7am maintenance. I'll probably survive, and you will too.

Keep in mind that this is a BETA rather than just a free demo period... folks these days don't seem to understand the difference. Use this opportunity to help improve the game rather than salting out because they have to pull their servers down for a few hours.

Yes, so very unprofessional of them to tweak the game that they don't even have to let you play but are allowing you to anyway. Get over it.

It's not the fact of maintenance, its the fact that they give XBone(Micro$oft paid them off) a head start of 1 day and delay the PC & PS4 launch by 3 hours +- due to Maintenance after they announced the release is 9:00 +0GMT. So out of the 19th we lost around 12-14 hours of play time they could do, after that they do another Maintenance run of 3 hours.

They should be fair by giving extra time and unlock a little bit more of the game.

Reason I'm saying this? There's a sh** ton of players who can't launch/connect to the game yet..

Now I'm beta testing the forums. Alright Ubisoft, here we go. There are random sql errors on this forum and this means the visitor traffic is high and numerous people are browsing and trying to login same time Also the website is not functioning well due to high traffic and bandwith capacity. Also, put some ads on this particular forum section and topic thus you'll make loads of money and pay weekend extra bonuses for the employees in Sweden
