Constant appcrash after the new update | Forums

Gigabyte GSmart Mika M3, Android 4.4.2 here.

After the update Trials is crashing all the time, on all tracks.

Reinstalled and the app crashed 6 times just while downloading my progress.

Anybody else with similar issues?


(Also, the event window is not there for me yet, nor the new bike in the garage.)


Edit: Android 4.4.2, latest update, latest Trials app.

Screw world record times, I have to finish the track before crashing!

Usually crashes while riding, any track. Also crashed while I was filling out the support ticket in-game.

Looks like it only crashes when the phone is connected to the internet. I use WiFi, can't test on Data.

Best thing you can do is send in a Support Ticket via the Uplay Website (obviously not from your phone if it keeps crashing) then once you have a Support Ticket Number you can send a Private Message to our Community Manager on here, explain to her exactly what your problem is along with your Support Ticket Number and she'll be able to help you to get things back to normal A.S.A.P ok mate !?

If your phone is rooted and you have blocked adds the game will crash when it trys to connecte to an add server.

To fix it you will have to disable add blocking or add the add server to your whitelist.

Uh, the ads have been blocked ever since I'vs started playing the game a year ago. Hope it's not what causes the crashed, but I'll try to unblock. Thanks for the idea.

Add blocking 100% causes the crash.

I think the game uses the 'hosts' file like any other Android app to pull the ads from Google.

Well, adaway is not giving me any clue on which one to whitelist, i have to know the exact name of it, ill try to find it.
