I've been here longe enough to know that this is never going to be fixed. It's been over a year since we collectively started asking for the LBs to be recalculated because they are INACCURATE and it just hasn't been done yet. It simply hasn't been done. There have been cleanups on leaderboards to remove hackers, yes, but they always come back. The real problem though, which is the fact that many, if not ALL players are missing X amount of points, with X being significantly different for each person, has not been fixed one little bit.

I want a list of how many points each player has on each track. That should be simple to create. Then we can all tell which tracks are lacking, and which ones don't give the proper credit. Then we can maybe FIX IT.

Or, I can just stop ranting because I don't really care anymore. I just don't. I still play because it's there but I don't go all out like I used to. The LBs are the most integral part of the game. And they don't work.

I'm beginning to think like this more and more with each day that passes, slowly getting put-off the whole game which is a damn shame as it's a great game.....WHEN IT WORKS PROPERLY !!!!

The Leader Boards are never going to get a recalculation, like you said Justin, it's been over a year now which is MORE than enough time to have had them sorted BUT what's even worse now is that our points aren't even being added at-all now, so it's pointless riding to improve our times anymore, which is the main point in racing here !!!!

Notice how they can get the Leader Boards to work nicely and add our points properly for the KTM Event though, Charly says I shouldn't make a new thread every 2 days but I wasn't making them that close together, the second one I made was over a week after I made my initial gripe about it (which I thought would be more than enough time to get the Leader Boards to accept and add our points again) so rather than add another post to an old thread I thought I'd make a new one so it gets noticed and answered !!!!

Anyway, I apologise about the couple of extra threads Charly, but don't worry, I won't be making any more since I'm losing faith that this will ever get sorted for us, it's becoming more of a standing joke now instead, and my score is so inaccurate now that I don't see it ever being right again.....There's been more than enough time to get the main part of the game sorted but all we keep getting is stale promises and false hope posts replied to us once in a blue moon to boost our spirits and keep us playing and spending and I'm seeing more and more players leaving because of it !!!!

It's a damn shame because as I've said before, I love this game that's why I've spent over £100 here to help support it but they can't even sort out the main driving point of the game and keep it stable and we've been MORE than patient waiting over a year for it and it's actually worse now than it was back then.....It's a damn shame to see such a great game with a large dedicated player/fan base behind it to be left to fade away and diminish like this.....I thought RedLynx actually gave a crap about us when we finally got some new staff on here but it's all just a smoke-screen !!!!


Sorry for the rant people, I don't usually moan as I prefer to try and see the positive side if I can but I had to vent as I'm REALLY disappointed and feel proper let down with all of it !!!!


The only thing that's worth me playing and logging-in for now is the Slot Machine (for a few minutes every 1hr 10mins) Have a go at the event (which I've done enough for this week now) and the Daily Prospector Missions (for a few minutes every 24hrs).....Everything else either doesn't work right or just plain doesn't work at-all, that's including the Gift Box and Bunker !!!!

But please, don't open a new thread about it every 2 days, it won't make it fixed faster and I have to merge them (and I can't do anything about the LB )

Looks like donkey LB are broken for me on iOS got pushed outside the top 100 because everytime I got a new plat it wasn't adding on to my score what a shame��

I don't know exactly how was the situation a year ago.
My personal opinion is that the points that have been missing for a year, won't be added, because they are most likely lost in a spacio-temporal rift. But I doubt that you haven't improve your times since then, so it is not as bad as the points not updated for the past month.

The points you earned lately should be added to the LB after you restart the game (might take a little while, the time the server catch up with your device) EXCEPT for Donkey and Crazy bikes LB.

Could you please let me know if the LB issues you are having are for all bikes, or only for Donkey and Craky bikes LB?
Could you also check if the LB are updated after you relaunch the game? For now, relaunching the game is the workaround to update the LB?

So here is the current situation, according to what QA has been able to reproduce :
- The Donkey and Crazy bike LB are broken
- The global LB should be updated once you restart the game (temporary workaround until we find a long term solution)
- The reason behind the LB issue hasn't been quite isolated yet


@FatalDragon69, are you stil having issues with the Bunker? That's odd because it's fixed now.
As for the second thread, it's no big deal, no worries
For better visibility, it's always better to keep all the discussion about an issue in one thread.
Let me explain why : I am the only one taking care of the forum, so one discussion or 3 on the same subject doesn't change anything, I'll answer exactly the same thing either way. However, the devs count on my feedback to know about the situation on the players point of view. If I send them a link to a thread with 4 pages discussion, it looks more important than 3 threads with a couple of posts. So one big thread has always more impact than several small ones

Donkey and Crazy bikes global leaderboards are definitely broken for me. I've had 6 donkey pb's in the last few days and none have added points to the global leaderboard, but they do update on the track leaderboard. I've only had the popup leaderboard after an improvement twice, watched my track position move 2572 to 172 on a track with no previous time and then watch my global points total stand still. Restarting the game does not change this and the global leaderboard shows me still sporting an old outfit from over a week ago, yet the track one will be correct.

Other bikes, i'm not sure. I didn't get points from the first new track (Petrol Falls Path) but I did from the other two. However, everyone on my friends leaderboard shows them at rank 1, standard outfit and Armadillo, and the global leaderboard shows the same apart from the odd person from what i can see. It's been like this for a while too. Haven't improved any other times to see whether they update globally after a game restart.

The event leaderboard seems to be the only one working, except every time I've improved my time (with the exception of the odd one or two), the popup leaderboard just shows a spinning arrow so I can't see what position i'm actually at on a track. The global leaderboard does update when you check it afterwards though.

It seems that there is a lot of killing and restarting of this game to get it to work properly, especially with the connection side of it and uplay, and that is not a good sign... and they've still got the cheek after nearly 2 years to claim this on the app store;

"Tired of “Always On” games requiring constant internet connection to play? So are we! Race to your hearts content with NO INTERNET CONNECTION REQUIRED!"

Can't agree more with justin and fatal as always.
I have been here for a while now and the LB was the main issue we always asked for.
Some cheaters removed once in while but nothing more.

Just imagine my situation right now.
I was the 5th android player the day my points stopped being added today i am 10...........

How can i possibly keep faith in this game if top players dont have a chance to fight anymore.....

The regular leader boards are still broken. Based on JollyCharly's post I opened my game to check my score, it's the same as it has been for weeks. I went ahead and force closed the game and cleared the cache and still the same score. I even played one of the new courses to test and got no points.

I'm not sure what can be so hard when we've had several forum members create their own rankings using the game data. The best one so far is: tf.lforo.com

None which is true, unfortunately. We all KNOW that Kartank is the best; he has the #1 score on every track. He isnt anywhere CLOSE to the top these days. If he quit playing I wouldnt blame him. The accumulated scoring issues are killing the game... for all of us who care about the LB end-game.

Every bit of effort we lost is a big deal, and its not coming back unless you guys do a LB recalculation. Honestly what we desire is not even that hard:
- You have our times in your database for each track.
- You have a way to turn that tracks time into its contribution to our global score.
- You sum those up and update the global score.
- Repeat on all LB (because they are ALL screwed up).

Frankly, I did this (and harder) in freshmen CS classes. This isnt rocket science, and the only tricky part is that only you guys know the time-to-points conversion algorithm. And even then, decent approximations are possible for those of us who dont have access to that part...

Do this once and remove the sins of RLs game for the last 2 years... and RL will get the time to solve its other issue(s) that causes our incremental score updates to get lost. Yeah, it can get slowly screwed up again since you havent fixed the bug.. but it will be BETTER than it is now. Much better.

As it stands today, its just a matter of time before everyone leaves because RL wont show that they care about LB integrity. This is how they show it.
