I hear you. The Evo Phoenix is a far superior bike IMHO. The bike physics in general are not that good in Fusion compared to Evo IMHO. I really like the smoothness and tight technical moves you could do on Evo and the types of drivelines it allowed. Fusion feels a little dumbed-down in that regard - for want of a better way of describing things - the suspension is too bouncy, the way the bikes travel along objects and especially curved surfaces is not smooth and everything is so big. It's the first Trials game where I felt the bike handling was inferior to the previous game. Here's hoping that the next Trials game nails the bike/vehicle handling.Originally Posted by HighOnSpeed Go to original post

That doesn't sound quite right as the rider had mass in Evo, perhaps you confused what was explained to you? I heard it was fmx that made the Viper that way. Kind of strange as it handles similar to the Banshee in Evo.Originally Posted by NSPIV Go to original post
Either way, the end result is less polished bikes overall... tires piercing through objects, buckling over curved surfaces etc Evo wasn't perfect, but it had far less issues than Fusion. I never expected the physics of the bikes to be the same as Evo - every Trials game prior handled differently - but I didn't anticipate a game where I don't really enioy even one bike. I play Fusion and appreciate it's good points, but no matter how hard I try I can't love it because it lets me down where it matters most...core gameplay. I really hope RL find the magic again with the next Trials game.
