    No option to sync progress

    I was experiencing issues with the game, so I decided to reinstall it. I knew that the game would let me sync my progress with the server version once I logged into Uplay. However, after I completed the tutorial missions and logged into Uplay, I've received no such option. I followed this guide and logged out of Uplay, rebooted my phone and logged in again, all to no avail. This is especially frustrating because I put countless hours into reaching (I believe) level 34, doing the Slot Machine challenges whenever I could and saving up gems to finally repair that bridge for 95 gems. Losing this would be extremely annoying, and I would appreciate any help with getting my progress back. If it's relevant, I'm using a OnePlus One, running Android 5.1.1 with Cyanogen Mod.

    Hi Kubi-ssx,

    Did you manage to restore your progress?
    If not, it might have been related to the server issues we had lately. It should now be solved, so I hope you will have the option to sync your phone with the server to get your game back.

    Let me know if you still have problems with this.
