You can knock holes in the windows as soon as the round starts for the defenders, while the attackers are in drone mode only.
How are the attackers going to hear and see what windows are being knocked out?
By the time spawning is about to occur the defenders are already in the broken window waiting, happens all the time.
Is this new to you or?
A guy posted a great video of this exact thing 2 days ago where on the bank map a defender sat at a window and as soon as the guy spawned and was still in mid air was shot and killed.
Yeah...watch the windows and fire back eh?

If a attacking team is dominating us once they get inside, and we go into overtime. You bet your *** one of us will try and catch you off guard before you get inside. Why is this not a valid tactic?
It can be, but the 2 second delay however is not a valid tactic.
It needs to be immediate...I have been killed far more times before the 2 second notification comes up.
You are battling outside, trying to get in and while one keeps you occupied the other jumps out elsewhere and kills you and is back in before any notification pops up.

Yeah...watch the windows and fire back eh?
To be honest yeah I've not encountered anyone taking out someone as they spawn from a window. That's just poor level design.

With this you'd still be dead even if the notification was immediate. You're not in a good position to fight back while being occupied by the first guy.

Happens on the plane as well, one side you spawn in plain view.
I think they may have fixed that with the last update however.

Best way to alleviate ALL of this is to just spawn the attackers on the rooftops of* each map.
They could rappel off a heli and then scale the building and breach that way or rappel to the ground if they need to, exposing themselves to possible fire from windows or outside defenders but it should be immediate notifications regardless as defenders should be at an instant handicap as they cannot see all that is outside and what could await them vs the attackers being out and heading in.
    No reward without risk.

The rooftop idea won't work because then the defenders would be able to setup for it and be certain of where you are coming from. What about a 2 second delay in when the defenders can shoot after attacker spawn? This would allow a little time to get into a position to defend yourself.

Well defenders would know you are spawning on the roof sure, like they would in real life hearing a heli but if they cannot access the roof then they still have no clue what side, window, door, and or floor the attackers are going to enter from so it would work perfectly.
Just eliminate footstep noises on the rooftops so the defenders cannot hear the direction they go until they rappel.
You would not hear footsteps on most of these buildings anyway, minus the house.

Not necessarily, even if you only hear footsteps while rappelling. You still need to get inside and smart defenders setup where they can hear the best and use the cameras.

For the house you should be able to breach the roof, they're not that strong.

There's a few places where this can happen.

However as for the drone phase, you don't just have to drone the objective. I usually let one person in the team find the objective and the other 4 check out common roaming positions/spawn killing locations.

The 2 second delay is perfect, you just need to be aware. It's so easy to hear them pull a door down or crack a window if they're going to be jumping out.
