I did manage to lost my phone for few days(but I found it).
In the meanwhile I played trials and did some tapjoy gem deals, worth ~400gems with my daughters phone.
Now I have issues about not beeing able to continue plaing with my own phone because the gems are on my daughters phone. The game hasn't asked to select my progress (mobile / server) for 2 days now. I've even deleted the frontier from my own phone and reinstalled to get the newest server profile, but the profile still had my old gems.
Is there a way to push my profile to server? Should there be button for this?
over time your daughter's TF should be updated to a server, if after some time you still didnt get the gems, its weird, but you can contact Tap joy and ask what they can do about it![]()

It is unusual, your phone should be able to pick up the info about the gems. Did you try to reinstall the game on your daughter's phone also? Maybe the problem isn't that your phone don't synchronize with the server, but that your game on your daughter's phone isn't synchronized, so the server isn't "aware" there are more gems?
Did you contact the support about it? If yes, can you give me your ticket number?

The issue went by on monday. I installed trials on a fresh phone and it sycned with newest "profile" with all gems. (as you saw my PR rank updating pic)
I didn't want to reinstall trials on my daugters phone, because I might lost the gems then... and I didn't bother to make ticket, because it takes more than week to get a reply.
