Hi I have spoken to Gala bingo and they have said they can see I have arrived through a promotion. I.E,. yours.

Can you make sure i am credited with the 4368 diamonds and keep your side of the bargain please. I have screen grabs and emails to prove this.

It seems a bit rich that you would flag a promotion to help give you a new revenue stream and then not make sure that the diamonds are credited automatically.
