I'm sure some of you guys are gun freaks and stuff, and to pass some time, why not we tell each other what PRIMARY weapon you'll be using in GRW, by primary, I mean that gun you'll mainly use in any non specialized condition(example: sniping), anytime, anywhere, and be realistic a bit, we know no one will use M2A1 .50 cal MG while climbing a snow mountain, also add attachments if you want, nothing specific, better if you guys can get an image of it (try Pimp My Gun if you need to customize)

For me, that option has to go at either FN SCAR-H, or the new Desert Tech MDR in 7.62 NATO, I might lean towards the MDR for the size and stuff, I'm going to put variable zoom sight on it, with suppressor, and laser designator, maybe angled foregrip if needed

P.S. put any firearms you like, DMR, SR, AR, SMG, anything, but please be a bit realistic here, RPG for CQB is not good. and I'm not guaranteeing any of the weapons will be in game, just for fun

TAR 21 is one I would be taking alone because it can be used in any environment CQB, long range shooting but the nostalgic also likes the SOPMOD M4 Carbine and the Mk14 variants. I used the M468 as much as I could in GRAW 2 and R6 Vegas 2. I like the weapon selection as a whole in GRFS, GRAW 2 so I hope the firearms from both games make it into this one. I can safely say Ghost Recon rarely lets us down with the weapon selection.

I think I would go with an HK 762 or FN SCAR 17. Add a suppressor, grip pod and a 2.5-10x42 Nightforce NXS rifle scope.

I hoping to be able to run with a Steyr AUG, and hopefully not the ridiculous high rail A3 version that's in Siege. Run with a EoTech, 3x flip magnifier and a suppressor. That's my hope!

I'm curious too if its been discussed or decided whether or not we will be able to select the loadout for our teammates ala old school Rainbow Six or SOCOM style. That would make me incredibly happy.

My real life kit consists of an IWI TAR-21 Tavor, Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm, and Mossberg 930 Tactical... Would be neat to have access to all of those in-game, but I doubt anything but the Tavor would actually make it into a Ghost Recon game. If the Tavor makes it, I'll be using that.

Fallback kit would be a HK416/HK417 and/or a Remington 870 shotgun, and 1911 .45 ACP (hopefully a decent manufacturer available in-game like a Kimber).
