Can't access online features Just Dance 2015. It always says: "The Ubisoft server is unavailable at this time. Please try again later."

My ports are forwarded and I have tried putting the Wii U into my router's DMZ.

Also support ticket system seems to be broken — won't let me make a ticket or start live chat. Errors out or returns to the submission page without a product list to select from. (So please don't tell me to make a support ticket.)

Is this a long-standing issue, or did this only start recently? Also, from what country are you trying to connect?
