Not receiving item from special package ($9.99 Hot Deal) | Forums

One of the current special deals is "Hot Deals - It's a Steal!" for $9.99, which includes 250 Gems, 500k Coins, and a special Helmet. I purchased this package a few days ago, and never received the special helmet. I've put in support requests both in-game and on the support site with no responses. The primary reason I purchased was for the helmet...so yea, not cool :P I'd appreciate a response from support regarding this issue.

There was a problem the with the Hot Deal the day it started - it is now fixed - this is why you didn't receive all of it.
