You know somebody is going to do it without firing their weapon using only their feet while blindfolded

I'm not sure what that means, is it in or is it out completely? Will it be part of year 2 or a much larger expansion much further down the line after the season pass drops?

Sorry I should be clearer haha! When middle guy asks the Brooklyn question and then the other guy pulls the damage control move with "let's try this..." and asks a different question. Then we didn't hear about Brooklyn other than it won't be DLC. I thought that was weird, unless they spoke about it before and they were asked not to bring it up.

Im betting that his reason for saying it wont be dlc is because its already in the game. My gut says we start the game in Brooklyn, it would explain the helicopter ride because walking across the bridge would take forever.

That's probably true...but, its odd why it seems they are making Brooklyn such a secretive thing?....If it was assumed that it was going to be in the game, why does it feel like they cannot discuss it at all?

However, I will say if Brooklyn does become part of the game, it would definitely be fun to have gunfights while crossing over the Bridge in later missions.

    This is a great point!

Asylums thought made me consider that it might have some important part of the story, that's pretty much the main thing they've kept pretty guarded. Possible?

I said a good while back that they could at least include a small slice of Brooklyn to prevent people from calling cut content.
If it is in the game, even as a start point, i don't see how that could be a spoiler.
If it turns out that it's not year 1 DLC it could be a year 2 or 3 expansion. I still think the long term plan is to eventually have different sections of NY open up(Brooklyn, Queens etc)as major updates to the map with new DZs and new base of operations.

I wonder why they started in mid town as opposed to using the original map with the top of Brooklyn and southern tip of Manhattan?
I think that could have been pretty good with the bridge and the 2 coast lines, it seems it would be easier to expand outwards while keeping the whole map still connected.
It will be interesting to see how the actual map and playable area will expand over time. If they plan on expanding outwards from mid town it could be a long long time before Brooklyn is released, especially if it's a 1 for 1 recreation.

EDIT; He also said there is a meaty campaign which is good news
