Hello support,
for a while I no longer have access to pre-order objects Trials Fusion (fairings and outfits).
I wonder if it is possible to solve this problem, if I need to provide proof of what the pre-order before the launch.
I'm on PC plateform, and my gamertag is JettY_ (if you dont found, my old was Jetkid2000. with the last . )

Best bet is to submit a ticket with support.ubi.com and they can look into it for you. There, they can verify and fix this.
