Did you receive unlimited fuel back after previous bunker season? | Forums

Hi,
For two previous bunker seasons I did not receive prizes because of server crashed or whatever.
1) Christmas season - I did not receive anything.
2) On bunker blitz season IV - I did not receive unlimited fuels.

All in all: 11 donuts and 7 unlimited fuel and 22750 coins and 20 gems (I don't mind parts, since all three tier bikes are upgraded).
Mostly I care about donuts since it's nearly 4 Donkey upgrades....

It's month passed and now I receive support answer, that:
" I have been able to add to following items to your game 22,750 coins and 100 gems. I am sorry to say that I am not able to add the other items to the game which is why I have added more gems. "

First of all, items did not appear to my account. After receiving email no download or selecting device/server progress appeared.

Did all of you who posted tickets receive the same answer or unlimited fuel was reimbursed?

Is your ticket number still the same as the one you sent for the Xmas issue? If yes, I still have it, so I'll ask the support tomorrow.

This is the reply i got less than 24hrs after sending a ticket informing RL that i had not received rarified fuel for 2 seasons.

"I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We have forwarded your game the missing items at this time. Please close the game down and relaunch it. You should shortly receive a notification stating that you have two different saves. If you select the server save, the items will be granted to your game."

I got all the missing rarified fuels and some gems too. This was 12 days ago.

Hi, yes, ticket is the same. I just added info about Bliz season problems into the same ticket also. Thanks for your help JollyCharly!

I commented in ticket:
To buy one donut I need 20 gems, to buy unlimited fuel = 40 gems, solving problem in other way there should be a refund of 11*20+7*40 = 500 gems instead of 80, that I could buy missing items.

I really would like to receive those donuts for Donkey upgrade, it's nearly four upgrades :/

After finishing the Blitz season, I also wasn't rewarded with unlimited fuel. Reached rank 7, so I thought, that I've earned 4 unlimited fuel.

On 18.01.16 I've sent a message to support:
At first, support says that my already possesed 8 tanks of unlimited fuel are the maximum to reach. So I wondered, why are there 10 to buy in the shop?!
After being asked for screenshots & sent them, he said that he "wants to ask his fellows to apply the fuel to my account... nothing happened.
I asked to more times: no reply... nothing happens.
