    Hi everyone,

    Sorry for the late answer.
    There were issues with the new Season when it started. The connection to the Bunker should now be working fine!

    Same here no rewards. I accidentally clicked server save after getting rewards when it loaded I have lost the coins, gems and probably bike skins I earned. I don't know if the bike skins are a bug or just my screwup though either way I would like my rewards back if possible.

    From what I remember support don't give or reward items such as bike and skins so just accepted I would never see my rewards.

    I had opened a ticket last year because I was missing the first paint job reward in the frostpocalypse event, and they added it to my account after two weeks or so. Maybe some of the support staff do their job better than others (as probably everywhere else).

    I won't say I'm 100% sure, but I am pretty sure they can add those items on your account. So next time, do not hesitate to contact them.
