    Customer service refuses to look at my pre-order or let me speak to a supervisor.

    I pre-ordered The division from ubisoft.com I entered my beta key received a email saying I have guaranteed access and no download link. I then contact customer support and wait 5 hours until it was my turn to speak to a customer service rep Charell D through the live chat and they then refused to look at my pre-order even after I provided all the information and then Charell D refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I have never seen anything like this or been treated like this as a customer I have bought a lot of ubisoft games over the years and this level of customer service is unreal I just never seen anyone treat a customer like this before.

    I think part of this happens to fall on the aspect that more and more companies now a days are using social media instead of posting news and what not on official game websites to update their player base.

    For example regarding everyone complaining about not getting their beta codes. I just noticed today that they actually posted a topic on their facebook page for Ubisoft Support that the BETA invites were actually going to be going out in waves. That was on the 26th when supposedly pre-loading was going to be available, yet far as I can tell no such news of this was posted anywhere else.

    Though the problem is alot of people do not use these type of Social Media sites...News of this type really needs to stay on the official website and not some 3rd party site for news or updates.

    I don't use social media at all and when I pre-ordered it said guaranteed access to beta during Jan. 29th - Feb 1
