    Beta Key Problem, anyone else having this problem?

    So I pre-ordered The Division from GameStop today. I created a Uplay account, linked it with my gamertag, and then went to thedivisiongame.com/beta to enter the code from the receipt. I got an email saying that I had guaranteed access and I would be supplied with a beta key 'when the beta started'. Well since it has already started I expected to get my email pretty quickly, but so far nothing. Also, when I go to my account information it is not listed under the beta access tab. So I went back to thedivisiongame.com/beta and tried to enter the code again and it told me that I had already redeemed it. I am just concerned that it didn't process right and is not crediting the beta access to my account. Anyone else having this problem? I've submitted two support tickets, but haven't heard back yet. I also tried to initiate a live chat but 'no agents were available' . This is a mess. I wish they would have just given us download codes with our pre-orders instead of making us go through thedivisiongame.com and Uplay.

    In the meantime, I suppose I will experience The Division vicariously through Twitch.

    very disappointing !! have been waiting for this since 2013 and now i cant even enter the beta! yeah ubisoft always want to be different and make stuff complicated, KEEP IT SIMPLE

    It is not just you and you did nothing wrong. It is Ubi being Ubi. It seems the majority of people have been deceived by the word GUARANTEED and have not received their beta key. The boards are flooded with us.

    I Got The Same

    I also have the same problem and i did't get anything yet . Checkt my e-mails and everything , als went to ubisoft and account management then went to beta access and nothing!

    Also made a ticket and even made a picture from my earlly access code with the ticket and the code, still waiting for a responds!

    My friends also did the same and are already playing , really frustrating too see this happen . And yes tied to redeem my code again and the say that i already got my e-mail !

    NO I DID NOT !!!
