It does not fill me with confidence in your company or product if you "guarantee" me something and then I don't get it. If this is a case of people pre-ordering, then canceling, in order to get "free" codes and thus codes being used by multiple people, then this is a case of a completely foreseeable and preventable problem being ignored. Ubisoft, what are you going to do to compensate the paying customers you guaranteed access to?
i have same problem as you. for redeem code dont enter code to that page show after clicking on play button. just go to uplay and click add game and enter the code. the game will be show in your account but next problem is when you click on play button uplay wants the code again!!!!! i think there is no solution for this problem! i want to speak with support but there is 840 people in queue and support didnt answer my ticket since six hours ago.
In order to start the game at all, you have to enter the code steam gives you into the Ubisoft desktop app.Originally Posted by LukeyR91 Go to original post
Hey, I am having this same issue.
I saw the post about how they aren't redeeming Beta codes in certain countries for Ps4. I didn't see USA on that list though. The confirmation I got from Amazon said I was "guaranteed access. I know Amazon takes those kinds of statements very seriously so are you suggesting Ubisoft is not going to honor my guaranteed access?
Due to the unprecedented demand for access to The Division Closed Beta, we can no longer guarantee access. If you have already pre-ordered The Division and have yet to receive your key, we’re working closely with our partners to ensure that you receive it tomorrow when we send out the next batch of keys.
For those of you that have not pre-ordered but are on the waiting list for The Division Beta, please know that we want to get as many people in the Beta as possible. However, space will be severely limited for the rest of the beta testing phase due to high-demand.
Thank you for your enthusiasm and patience during The Division Closed Beta. We hope you look forward to playing the full game on Xbox One, PS4, and PC when it’s released on March 8.
