It seems kind of silly, but I'm really disappointed with the map and the pause screen interface. The E3 video showed us this awesome holographic map projected around the users feet and when he goes into the pause screen he looks at his watch and again, awesome holographic projections for him to interact with. Like I said, a silly complaint, but these were two of the things I was really looking forward to. The graphics in general seem to be far below what they had shown us at E3. I've shot through multiple banners and such and there is no hole in them or light shining through (even with the sun directly behind). During a major snow storm nothing seemed to be accumulating on the ground. It's a great game, and a ton of fun, but I don't know why they tease us with these superior graphics when they just don't show up come launch time. I'm hoping they just have it dialed down for beta and we'll see the true game come March.
BUT you have to admit that the game runs extremely welli'll take graphics downgrades if it means smooth FPS and stable gameplay. I have a feeling that people would be far more upset if the game looked just as good but FPS was constantly stalling and the screen was tearing every other fight...
Plus even with the downgrade, the game still looks pretty damn great! The map UI has some weird bugs though, stutters, audio quirks, but hey thats what these tests are for
