Hi.
I am a fan of Assassin's Creed franchise. It is my most favorite game. I have bought Xbox One with AC bundle 1 year ago. I have finished AC IV: Black Flag and now playing AC: Unity.
First of all, I want to say that the graphics of this game is totally great and it's color palette is very very realistic. Also, the gameplay mechanihc seems to fit to the AC which I think that it must be. So, thanks first of all for a such great game.
But, I also want to play Co-Op. As of a month ago İ could play in CO-Op without any problem. But, it is almost 1 month I can't connect to any session. I am waiting apprixumately 30 minutes, but nothing happens. After that, I have messaged to the Ubisoft Support facebook page and they have replied me to check te troubleshooting steps from this page:

I have checked these steps, as I am a software developer also. And I have some friends who are Network Administrator. But, it didn't help. After that, I have find some gamers in the internet, I have talked with them, they alco can't play any co-op.
So, what is the problem? If you didn't know the problem just let me to know that it is not going to work. Thanks for patience both to you and me.
Same here man, it's been almost 20 days since I can't play in any coop missions, neither public or private sessions, which I thought it's strange because I bought my game in December and been playing coop since the first day I bought it.Originally Posted by JabiyevFarhad Go to original post

Hey! After almost a month I was able to play online yesterday, I restarted my router, but I don't know if that's what solved the problem, I restarted because my NAT was restricted, anyway, I did it and minutes later it only took me 20 seconds to find a match and I didn't face any problem, maybe you should try to do that, or do what Bebo383 did, I hope it works for you.Originally Posted by JabiyevFarhad Go to original post

1 week ago have opened ticket in support.ubi.com. They have replied me 4 days ago. They have replied that it must work now. And, yes it is working.
Thanks to the Ubisoft tem for solving the problem.
