    I had the same problem... DO NOT copy/paste. doing it manually is the only thing that worked for me.
    I had the same with amazon , the code has a space on end of it that you have to delete to get it to work

    I have entered manually, copy and pasted, used different web browsers, called supp, and put in a ticket. I cant get anything from the phone call and everytime I try and put in a ticket it fails. I know Ubi has a ton of traffic right now so I figured the call/ticket wasnt going to work anyways lol.
