I figured most people would have the general understanding that talk would act for all those.
In no particular order...
1) Could be a huge influx of players trying to input their codes, causing the site to crash/be taken offline.
2) Ubisoft might be checking against players who pre-ordered and stay pre-ordered, and those who cancelled once receiving their codes.
3) As Bungie did with Destiny, Ubisoft might be keeping a lot of players barred for a little time, to see how their servers are coping, then allow a trickle to a flood of players to suddenly be able to register and play, to see how well everything performs under pressure.
4)It won't be available until 29th (28th was ONLY for Xbone players) 12pm gmt
5)Gremlins or Goats causing problems.
6)Contact support, ,but don't expect a reply too quickly
7)Have patience
