so ive pre ordered the division but because ubisoft are so backward and lets face it dumb you cant resolve any issues, so ive pre ordered and got a code so I came to the website and redeemed it which then said I will receive an email for my download which I cant get because the email linked to my uplay was locked 4 years ago so I try to change it and it send the email to the locked email account. so I then try to get support which takes me to some dumb F.A.Q page so I ask a question on how to change it or if they can help change it which then ends in a message saying an email has been sent to the account linked to your uplay account so well done ubisoft on designing an awful system that is so overly complicated and broken so no one can actually enjoy any games you make. just scrap uplay or actually hire someone with half a brain to redesign your sites and stuff because it is hilariously bad. either that or make and actual support system for people experiencing difficulties. when I had the same problem with the locked email and my xbl account I got on to their support and they fixed it immediately so in short well done ubisoft for being so bad at everything to do with beta keys and websites. you could have just gave actual download keys to people in their purchase emails, like every other company so people can just put it in on their xbox store or psn and it is simple. but you get a code to unlock a code for your console and when you have a problem there is no way to resolve it because no one has any logic or reasoning to foresee any issues in your broken system
Uplay is junk....completely turns me off of buying Ubi games...was really looking forward to The Division, but now with this b.s., I just might skip it all together...PVZ:GW2 and Dark Souls 3 are right around the corner...simple games that you can pop in, install and play...don't need to mess around with the "high school project", that is Uplay.

dude, to be honest I would punctuate if it was a test or an important document. however seeing as this is a forum I don't give a **** what punctuation I missed because I wasn't trying to punctuate it. I was simply annoyed at how terrible uplay and ubi support is. I don't care for sentence structure, grammar, spelling mistakes, lack of punctuation. it just goes to show that you need to correct someone on the internet to validate your own intelligence because no one else considers you to be an intelligent person. in short stop being a walking advertisement for failed abortions
