    Season Pass problem!

    hi guys,
    i got a season pass key for uplay( i had installed the game before on uplay), and so i was activating it and nothing happend. then i was trying to activate it again and it says that this key is activated on my account, but nothing happend no update, nothing. i restarted the game and uplay, but nothing changed. PLS HELP

    Sometimes you will need to select the DLC items and continue through as if you were going to buy them. It will then say "you already own this, would you like to install?" and you click yes. If that does not work, give a reinstall a shot and if that does not clear it up, submit a ticket with support. They will be able to verify and reset the season pass if needed.

    me too. i bought Trials Fusion Cold and there is the season pass' code in cd's cover.

    So tried to select and "buy" all dlcs but it directs me to paying pages. i contacted the support like a week ago and did not get any answer. i guess i try to reinstall it. thanks for your answer

    Yes try a reinstall and if you are still having issues, let me know here. We'll get it figured out for you I'm sure.
