    I want my money back or a real solution to my problem (Wii U JD 2016)

    Ubisoft, I need a real solution:

    I bought the gold edition of the game the next day after the launch, and I activate my unlimited pass a week before. No problem yet. The problem began in december after playing some Unlimited songs and Disc songs. The first problem was that I couldn't play in the World Video Challenge, because after I finish a challenge, the game freezes and I couldn't see my score against my rival. That was the fist problem. After, when I played any Unlimited song, my Wii u freezes, all the time after that kind of songs. I said "ok, let's play only the Disc songs", but to my surprise, the great game of Ubisoft doesn't works anymore, why? Because when I started my game since the Wii U menu, I only could see the start screen and the freeze happened again, I couldn't play nothing! No dance party, no quest, no WVD, no sweet, nothing!
    I ask you for a solution, and you told me:
    -"Please check your internet connection and change your ports"
    ---------I did that and doesn't works
    -"Please unplug your Wii U after a freeze"
    ---------I did that and doesn't works
    "Ok, erase the update data of the game"
    ---------I did that and doesn't works
    "Please erase ALL your game data of the Wii U, this will erase all your progress of the game"
    --------And you know? That finally works, but I had to delete ALL MY PROGRESS

    Ok, until now that was a great solution, my game works correctly in all the modes and Unlimited songs. I have continue dancing and getting all the avatars of the game and all Dance quests, but a week ago since the publication of this post, all my Unlimited avatars were DELETED! ALL. I said "Ok Ubisoft, I'm still have 2 more weeks of my Unlimited pass, let's get it again" Unafortunately, I only could dance all the Unlimited songs but I couldn't get all my past avatars. But yesterdar, after play an Unlimited Quest, the freeze problem happened AGAIN! AGAIN! I can't play well the World Video Challenge without a freeze!
    It's a joke? Really?

    The only that I want is a real solution to this problem. And if you can't give me another solution than "Erase all your progress (Again)", I request another Unlimited pass, of Three Months. Why I request you this? Because I want to get all my avatars (again) of 3 months of work, and I bought a Gold Edition of the game, but unafortunately for your fault I couldn't enjoy the Unlimited benefits. For that reason I request you another pass. I paid my 3 monts pass, I want to play CORRECTLY my Unlimited benefits.
