Hi,

Since today, my world rank doesn't update anymore.
When I do a new record, my track score is updated but my world score stays to 158,926,531.

I have reinstalled the game, but I still have the same problem...I'm seeing the other players score growing, so I think that the problem is only on my account.

Have you any idea to fix it ?

Could I have some additional info from you who are having trouble with missing the points?

1. If you can remember, how much better time did you make? (if the difference between the old and the new record is really small it might not give you more points to your Global LB result)
2. If you restart the game, does the Global LB result update?
3. If you look at the track where you made the new record is the local and the server time identical? If there is some mitchmatch could you tell what track it is and what time you see locally and what you see in the track LB or share a screenshot with the info.
4. How long it has been since you made the new record time? (estimate like couple of hours/2 days etc)

I'd also like to assure you that even if there is issues with adding the points to Global LB when you make a new record, points are never really lost. Let's say you've just made a new record to Pipeline Camp but you notice you did not get any points to your Global LB result. 2 days from now the LB are working as intended and you tab the Pipeline Camp in the World Map. The game should notice the mismatch with the results and it will calculate and update your points to the track LB and Global LB. This is only a simple example so of course there is a lot of different scenarios but the point is that when the system recalculates the points from a track and adds them to the Global LB (and recalculates the Global LB result according to the new points added), points are not missed even when they are added afterwards.
