Hello everyone,

I contacted RL about it.
Apparently it's an issue related to the code itself, so they are investigating. But because it is probably related to Uplay, it might be difficult to fix.
I will let you know as soon as we have more info.

Thanks guys. I think i understand how it works now. Yjgalla is right, i had forgotten about notifications and they too have the Legacy name vs Username discrepancy. I´ve turned off my gifting notifications but sometimes i´ll turn on the showdown notifications and i´ve noticed they show the Legacy name, while ingame the bunker shows the player´s Username. Now that i think of it this quite common. I don´t use Facebook so luckily i didn´t end up with three names! :-)

Since i find having two names very annoying i´m just going back to my first name, ChemicalD. Sorry for the confusion! Hopefully now i´ll have the same name in everyone´s Friends list, in my bunker, in my opponent´s bunker, on the Leaderboards, in notifications, and here in the forum. One name to rule them all! When i first started playing TF i didn´t realize i´d fall in love with it, so i just kinda put a random placeholder name (this is my first Trials game) and that´s why later i changed it. But whatever, it bugs me that i´m seeing two names in-game so i´m just going to go back to ChemicalD.

Damn i just realized I sent a ticket yesterday (for not receiving Unlimited gas prize in last two seasons) with my now extinct user name....oh well too late. (Edit: wow that was fast i got the missing Rarified Fuel less than 24hrs after i sent ticket, also got some gems, nice, thanks!)

To hs46: It makes sense (now) that when you and G00nzi were looking for your data on the DB your Legacy name would be the one to look for, not your (new) Username(s).

To hikasrams: Thanks for your gifts too! I´m sorry if i confused you (and MaknHosLegsShvr too). I´m glad you guys managed to figure it out, it´s not my intent to be confusing.

To JollyCharly: Merci boku for checking up on it! I understand this isn´t strictly a TF issue but is tied to Uplay, so yea probably can´t change it.

Did you get server push in to choose device/server progress or they just appeared in you account?

I sent a ticket at 10pm and the next day at 3pm got the server push along with an email saying the missing items had been forwarded to my game.
