Lol at people recommending crappy steel, turtle beach, and astro headphones. Get http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o00_s00 with a mic. They are 40 bucks but blow so called "gaming headsets" out of the water. Or if you want the best then get the sennheiser.
Well Siberia V2 works quite well, too, so I don't know what is there to lol about.Originally Posted by CuckBlocker Go to original post
(that doesn't mean that I disagree with your suggestion, though)
I would have to disagree the X500 are my 3rd TB and the sound is dead on. Don't get me wrong I loved my x41's but there is no comparison.Originally Posted by THE_REAPER_83 Go to original post
The HyperX Cloud Cores have been the best i've ever had for the price. I've had a $150 pair of Trittons and the Xbox One Stereo Headphones(junk). I picked them up at a local Gamestop for $70 but I bet you could find them cheaper online. They also sell the HyperX Cloud and HperX Cloud II but they are literally the same headphone but come with extra adapters for 7.1 surround sound (PC) and other cords. The Cloud Core is all you need for your Xbox One but you need the headset adapter if you don't have the new 3.5mm jack controller. They are very comfortable and are a solid build of aluminum and leather. The mic is good quality. The sound is great as I can tell what direction everything is where my Trittons made it confusing along with good bass.

Wow. !
Firstly, i would just like to thank everyone that replied to this post. I do appreciate all your feed back
as it now gives me a direction to head in, positive and negative is always welcomed.
I have taken the time to read ALL your replies as ive found them all helpful.
I will say, after that, i think i will start on the following
* Steelseries Siberia V2,
* Turtle Beach XO One
* Kingston Hyper X Cloud
* Turtle Beach - Ear Force Stealth 500X 7.1
The sennheiser 363D is a little bit out of my preferred price range tho, for the level of gaming Im at. I would have to be truly convince, although i dont doubt they arent good but i do think i could be satisfied on something that would be a little bit cheaper.
Also, those of you that mentioned 7.1, its a valid point, makes sense, so ill bear that in mind while choosing,
But lastly, just wanted to say thank you to oO_ShadowFox_Oo
What you said about training your ears makes good sense also, really helpful what you said there. will definitely take that onboard and focus on that when playing
Ill let you guys know what i get and how it goes once ive picked up something
thanks again, responses was great
