I badly need help. I purchased a 3 month subscription of Just Dance Unlimited. I entered the code in PSN (I got PS4) and it was registered. Then, when I go in game it still says I don't have a valid pass.
What's going on?! Even my free code on the box doesn't work.
I just want to use what I paid for and this sucks so bad. I tried chatting with one of Ubisoft's reps but said that I should go to Playstation support as it's not in their end. I spoke to one of the chat reps and I checked my account it shows that I've got 3 months subscription and my code was redeemed successfully. So definitely problem with Ubisoft.
Is there anybody who could help me here? Chat rep and ticket not really helpful.

Yes, I've opened a ticket last January 18, 2016. I also chatted with a chat rep but he told me to go to Playstation support but still no go. Because it shows that I've redeemed my code successfully. I've even attached the transcript of the chat, the screenshot of the registered service in my PSN account as well as the receipt I got from Amazon (where I purchased the code).
I have followed up multiple times but no one's responding to my ticket. I understand 48 hours of response from customer support but I've waited far too long and still nothing...

Until when can I expect for someone to help me? This is really disappointing. I paid money for this, the clock is ticking and I can't use what I paid for.
