I know, this topic was moved last pvp season, but with no results!
I want to talk about unlimited fuel rewards from pvp. Its the second time we can get it as a reward but we didnt get it.
loom at your items, the fuels weren't added!
i have 6 (all from gifts) but i should have 2 for last season + 6 in this one so its already 8 and i didnt use a single one
note: Im not the only one to have it

Yes, it is a known problem.
RL is working on a fix right now. I will udpate you as soon as I more info.

Hello, did somebody also miss the refined fuel rewards? This was the second time! First time, I was not sure about it because I only should've gotten two or so and during the christmas event, I got a few but I thought well maybe I just made a mistake adding them together.

But ending the last session, I should've been rewarded with six and I did not receive them!! That's really uncool because I wanted to launch them off to finally get the Agent upgraded.

Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot but I remember exactly when getting the rewards the number behind the refined fuel was "x6", but underneath it said "(null)" (=zero)
Any chance of getting those? I suppose not

happened to me too , same as you wrote got the Fuel Icon and it said (null)

Same here, should have gotten 6 unlimited fuel for last season but got nothing.

Hi everyone!

As it has been said yesterday, we are aware there was an issue with the Bunker Season Rewards, and we are working on it!

Here some new info : Only the rarefied fuel haven't been given out, as far as we know.
You can contact the support if you have experience this bug, if possible with a screenshot of your ranking so that it will be faster to give you the rewards.

(Keep in mind that you will only see the rarefied fuel in your inventory after you finish the mission "Free ride", where the rarefied fuel is introduced in the game. Probably the case for all of you tho ^^)

Are you talking about previous Blitz season?
Then yes, bus if talkig about one season before - Christmas - I did not receive any of prizes, dounuts, coins, parts etc. And received no info from support.

BTW, because of that I choose progress from server vs device, hoping, that rewards are pushed in for me, but the only thing I get, is earlier progress, so I loose days progress from time to time E.g. one time it was 21 diamonds So I support the idea to have extra button to see major differences (diamonds, tickets, donuts, coins, last played level...) while having to choose progress level to download from server or device... I prefer waiting for calculations of these parameters than to question which button to choose.

Yes, I am talking about the last season only.
For the Xmas season, I remember your ticket yes. I will poke the support again.
You can explain all this, and see with them what they can do to compensate you I think.
