So this issue was resolved for me because i deleted my save data for my user i don't use (Because i play just dance on a different user) but the different user wasn't the user on my wiiu that i used to buy the pass, it was on *my* user where i purchased the pass. So when i go to my user (after deleteing the safe data) Just dance unlimited can finally see my JDU pass, but on each user on my wiiu, it doesn't see a subscription pass, i have went to the eshop but the other users won't see the subscription (besides my account) so i want to know if this can be fixed?Originally Posted by Ubi-Elyon Go to original post
Welcome to the club...I purchased gold edition digitally through the MS Store on xbox one and never received a code. I went through 2 weeks of technical support supplying everything they asked for to no resolve. Ubisoft really screwed this up... Just read through this forum, multiple people complaining. The game came out in October and this is still an issue??? What?
