I see others have received their missing bike skins after posting here, so I figured I'd like to try again as well.
I don't really want to make a more detailed description of the issue again, so I'll just leave the support ticket id here and hope that somebody responds:

Hey, you are correct, we can help. My only issue is that ticket number is off. Do you have just the ticket number (it would not have as many digits and not have any letters)?
If not, you can either submit a new ticket, and then supply the number here or just confirm that moldy_tomato is your Uplay name and we can try with that.

I must have accidentally deleted my reply after posting it. I don't know how that happened. An unfortunate "misclick" somewhere on my phone.
Anyway, thanks for replying and sorry for giving the wrong id. I copied it from my browser's address bar and assumed it to be correct, since it had "ticketid" in it.
02734296 is the reference number with no letters.
And yes, that is my Uplay name.

EDIT/UPDATE: Should be sorted out and the ticket should be updated. Have a look when you can and if it is still not showing up, please update the ticket.
