    Monopoly Plus - Sorry, we cannot complete this request at this time.

    I'm trying to log into Monopoly and it keeps saying this message over and over again. I want to play with my friends but I can't log in....

    We were experience some internet connectivity issues over the last couple of days but they seem to be solved at this point. Are you still having this issue, I believe it may have been related to our server outages? If it's still an issue try contacting Support and submitting a Support Ticket, you can do that by using the links in my signature below. Otherwise enjoy the game!

    I am facing same issue, I tried even changing my password.

    For login issues you will need the help of Support as they have access to your account information and can help on the technical end using that information. You can submit a Support ticket for help here:

    I am having the same problem now, just bought the game and I cant play it

    It does seem some are having this issue and it is not a server issue so at this point the only thing I can suggest is contacting Support. They are the best bet at resolving this for you. You can reach them here:

    I bought the monopoly plus yesterday and every time I try to sign in to uplay is says "Sorry, we cannot complete this request at this time." I bought this game to play with my friends and I can't 😡
