I am assuming that whatever is decoded will be a French phrase.

I may assume the opposite, way too muck "K" letters to be a french sentence as it is.

The rail fence cipher decodes the text to:

"LR BKK LUF ORDKI LR BKK ZE PDAFTIV A KRNF ERQ A UBNF LR KFBNF"

    which is a cryptogram for:

"TO ALL THE WORLD TO ALL MY FRIENDS I LOVE YOU I HAVE TO LEAVE"

which are French lyrics from Megadeth - À Tout le Monde

Was thinking the same, however French has some weird characters
    Example:
    Spoiler:  Show
Douce mère de perle, les souris ont mangé ma voiture!

Note: This is NOT the decrypted phrase

Awesome! I've been hoping for a Megadeth II pack. Now the question is whether we're getting the original Tout le Monde or the rerecorded version from United Abominations.

Well now. Fairly quick, if this proves to be correct.
