I would like it, but it's not possible to convince Sony that partnering with Microsoft (a competitor) is a good idea.
If you can make them come to some kind of arrangement for cross-platform games, I would stand behind you waving a flag of approval.
There are no technical reasons that it can't be done (it's been done in the past, more as a test than anything else). The corporate suits just don't want it to happen unfortunately.
Always the same debate ... It's true but some professionals players are control-pad's masters and it's not a disadvantage. (I am a PC player and I asume what I just said)Originally Posted by Flaw3dGenius23 Go to original post
And all people don't only play for the competitive aspect of a game.
And it's a CO-OP game so everything is OK![]()
Well, then its a good thing this is a COOP gameOriginally Posted by Flaw3dGenius23 Go to original post
I vote yes for crossplay!
This is Ghost Recon, The mode that will have you coming back for more will be the 8v8 PvP mode not the CO-OP modeOriginally Posted by henrikcomn Go to original post
That's if it's any good right enough...we live in hope.
I could personally care less about the PvP. Future Soldier PvP did nothing for me, the cooperative open world is what really excites me the most for Wildlands. I know PvP is really important for some of the Ghost Recon audience, but since there's been no mention of it yet I think it's best to focus our feedback and suggestions on what HAS been announced.
One neat thing about cooperative play in regards to cross platform play is that since people are playing cooperatively... It doesn't matter that mouse/keyboard users will scrub the floor with controller user on console. They wouldn't be pitted against each other, just together against AI.
