This just popped into my head just now, as I a stll thinking about pre-ordering The Division, but juggling finances - but is there any news on what 'Editions' of the game will be available?
If so, is that list finalised?
I ask because, I have had some trouble over the past few years with Ubisoft titles with edition line-ups changing (having pre-ordered very early - GR:FS), seeing Editions available in one territory and not others (The Division: Gold Edition), and even both (Splinter Cell - Paladin Edition came late, not available in the UK).
Basically. Please decide on the editions, and make them all available to all territories.
I am just about ready to pre-order the Premium DLC version as soon as you guys have decided on that list, unless there's something more exciting that might grab my attention! And I'd like to have advance warning so that I can sort the finances out to accommodate it!
I AM talking about GR:W! My point is over the last 3 Clancy titles the availability of editions seems hap-hazard.Originally Posted by SuperBiscotCOT Go to original post
I want up-front clarity, so I can place my pre-order for the edition I want without any risk of picking the wrong one!
I want to try and push for region-free editions. None of this "UK edition is different than the NA edition" stuff that they keep pulling. There should be two or three different physical versions of the game, and a couple digital ones (standard, deluxe).
IMO, digital deluxe should get all the same in-game bonuses and benefits as people who buy the physical ones. The people who buy the physical editions should simply get bonus "fluff" items. Physical items they can actually hold that show off GRW.
No editions for GRW have been announced yet though. I'm sure once the devs know, they will let us know!
Oh I was lost but read a second time all the post and I understand better
