Cannot redeem my season pass code | Forums

Hello,

I purchased the code from steam after purchasing the basic game but whenever i try to redeem the code on Uplay i got this Error:This Cd key or activation code is already in use with another Uplay account
Though i opened two tickets with Ubi support with no answers to my question and already provided the code on the ticket ,any help would be appreciated.

I already Refunded my purchase with Steam (in 1 hour) and Ubisoft support havent replied my ticket for 3 days even now they havent replied ,
any way thank you for trying to help.
