    PS4 here...

    1. 60fps!!! no exceptions
    2. no screen tearing (vsync issues!!! This has plagued the GR:AW series, please don't let it do the same for this game
    3. realistic wind!!! As an outdoors person, I am so sick of seeing trees and grass not randomly sway with the wind in games like it should.
    4. make a great Party/Squad system for co-op and other multiplayer game modes.
    5. Remove the dead zone on the controller. This is a problem with Rainbow Six Siege
    6. Let the characters crouch, go prone, and take cover
    7. destructible environment, including earth craters when explosions go off. Debris when bullets hit the ground and other materials.
    8. happy fun times =)

I hope this thread still has the attention of the Ubisoft guys.

I apologize if I am repeating what other people have already said. Many of these ideas I have already posted on other threads.

    Here we go...

    In no particular order...

    1) A truly interactive, unpredictable, living, breathing world.

I would like to see a world that goes on, AI population interacting with each other and functioning in a randomized way, weather you are quietly observing from down the street, or leveling a warehouse with C4 a hundred miles away.

For example you may be in a market tracking a target... Or you may be on the other side of the map and not even notice until you pass through the same market weeks later...

A boy in the market steals some food.
Does he A- slip into the crowd and disappear B- get caught by the drug lord's goons, who handle the child roughly C- get stopped by an elderly woman, who convinces him to quietly return what he stole?

    If B
A- the scene is ignored by the townspeople, who fear the cartels B- the child's parents grab him and quickly leave, while the thugs laugh and pay no more attention C- the scene becomes increasingly violent, an angry crowd forms in support of the child.

    If C
A- shots are fired, quickly dispersing the crowd B- the thugs back down and leave the area C- a riot begins, more cartel members show up, life lost on both sides.

    Etc...

The player must be able to adapt to the constantly changing, UNPREDICTABLE world.

This would also affect the big picture. Enemies reinforcing postions, concealing/moving operations, going into hiding based on your operations and interactions with the AI population.

    2) "Survival" gameplay

You are a deniable operation on foreign soil. You must learn to think strategically, conserving supplies, planning escape routes and hiding places because you do not have the luxury of massive ammo stockpiles, air support, or a base to retreat to.

You play through a prologue, which allows you to spend as much time as you like testing weapons in repeatable scenarios and firing ranges at your home base. Then you must choose your own fully customizable loadout before being dropped in your area of operation.

Once you are on the ground, you have 2 options for modifications and restocking your loadout. Scavenging and supply drops.

Scavenging, obviously includes looting corpses and searching warehouses, trucks, lockers, etc for guns, modifications, ammo, etc.

Supply drops become available once per month in game time, and are limited in space. 3 in game days prior to the drop, you can request ammunition, guns, varieties explosives, fresh body armor, new camouflage patterns for your gear, medical supplies, and other items to aid your mission. The drops attract attention, so it is advisable to arrange for them to be delivered at night, in a remote location.

You must be careful when equipping ammunition, because you have limited space in your vest and belt. You must decide how much of each type of ammunition you need.
    For example: a 30rd 5.56 magazine may take up 7% of your available space, a single .308 round 0.5%, a 17rd 9mm mag 3.5%, etc.
If you like, you can choose to carry multiple weapons that fire the same ammunition, such as a lever action rifle, and revolver both chambered in .44mag.

You are able to carry 2 long guns or one heavy gun (LMGs, large sniper rifles, etc) and 2 sidearms at one time. The second long gun/sidearm is carried on your back/in your backpack and takes several seconds to swap to. Also you must drop a weapon, risking losing it forever if you want to get a new weapon, but do not have a free slot for it, so it may be wise to leave free space for looted weapons.

Extra supplies can be loaded into vehicles for later use, or transport to your camp. (See #3)

    3) Camps

You are able to set up any number of camps in any location.

You are given supplies to set up a single camp at first, additional camps require supplies that take up an entire air drop.

Camps are not "safe zones", they are simply a place to go to save your progress, sleep to pass time, and store supplies.

They are not fast travel markers and do not share supplies between camps (you can not store a gun in camp A and recover it at camp B)

Camps can be raided if you are followed back to them, or they are not well hidden, resulting in everything stored there being lost.

Camps can be moved by loading up your squad's backpacks, or a large truck may even be needed, depending on how much you have stored there.

    4) Drop in/drop out multiplayer

I would love to be able to jump into a friend's game with my character and be able to carry any xp and loot back over to my game. (not in a way that would make the other player feel like you were stealing from them of course)
Dying light is a good example.

    5) Split screen!!!

    Who doesn't love couch co-op?

    6) The view and controls in future soldier felt great. Do something similar for this one.

    7) Squad commands

Bring back the ability to give direct orders to your AI squad.

    8) No "mission failed"
If you fail an objective, the world goes on. You simply adapt to the new situation.
If you die, you return to the last save at a camp.

    9) Leave no one behind
Take care of your squad, because they can be captured or killed.
They can be replaced, 1 person per air drop.

I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of ideas I have had...

Thanks anyone who took the time to read this.

Ubisoft, if you took the time to do this I would be a very happy man!

    1. A detailed customisation system for weapons and your character, not a dumbed down version for the console. Being able to customise your character from the type of clothing right down to knee and elbow pads, and how many pouches they have on their kit would be great. How many grenades, magazines, what gear etc. would be great.

    2. A detailed command system. With the Playstation you could press the touchpad to bring it up and just flick easily between a lot of commands. I don't want to be limited in how I order the AI to behave.

    3. The ability to wander away from your AI squad. Maybe being able to leave them at a base and go off by yourself. But having to drag all three around when the mission is doable with one or two men will get annoying.

    4. Plenty of unique vehicles to make getting around the map interesting. Having numerous bikes, buggies, cars and trucks to drive in will make the job of traversing large portions of land more interesting.

    5. Plenty of weapons that can all be customised.

I'm sure 4 and 5 won't change between the consoles and PC, but the first three are something that most devs would limit on the console because of power and to make the system easy. But just because you don't have a mouse and keyboard, doesn't mean you should be limited in how many orders you have.

    PVP/Adversarial MP
    1. Round based one-life only game modes
    2. Matchmaking + server browser including rentable servers like in Battlefield 3/4 for example
    3. Huge character and weapon customization
    4. Dedicated servers, on X1 at least
    5. 60fps
    6. Low latency controls; being a (slow) tactical shooter is no reason for sluggish and unresponsive controls (Siege being a good example for how the controls should not be)
    7. Private matches for clan wars
    8. Bring it to ESL like Siege

    I love this idea!

Having team-mates potentially be captured rather than outright killed could result in an extra 'objective' to rescue them!
