This doesn't have to be limited to PS Vita owners as I'm sure most tablets and smartphones could be used as well, but it would be a nice addition for Sony guys.
I was thinking about it, maybe a Smartphone companion app for PC players were you draw in real time on a tactical map but it can also be an in-game feature.

Just for completeness, as several of these might have got lost due to being in the announcement section - here's my wishlist (I realise some of which are covered):

    1) Bring back Campaigns

It must have single and co-operative campaigns (the latter of which should reward co-operative planning and execution, and not encourage lone wolves). I once lived in an area of un-reliable internet connectivity, and whilst it has recently been upgraded, if I find myself lacking internet connectivity, I still want to play the game.
For the most part, I want to play this game with my fellow ghosts. I want to play it for hours on end to the point that when I finally put down the controller, my recently shaven face has grown a thick bushy beard!

    2) Split-screen

Wait? What? I hear most people cringing as they read this. But Mrs VorTechS is a big shooter fan. She has lacked confidence to play online in the past and I'm slowly encouraging her out of her shell. As sickening as it might sound, we like to game together, but only have the means to afford one console. So in this game we would like to play together. Or at least, I would like her to play it with me, to appreciate the finer aspects of how rewarding co-operation is!

    3) Make it open world, non-railed, non-cue (which from what I have seen so far, it is)

But in this world the AI should be constantly moving. Not waiting, sitting there and activated on cue. Most of the AI should never start in the same place in any one game (situation dependent of course). Every time you play a mission, it should feel like it's never the same twice.

    4) Give the players back control of sessions

It should be MY choice of which sessions I should join, or if I want to host a session.
Show me a list of sessions, let me see and join my friends sessions, let me join a session of my choosing.

My session should be playable by MY team's rules.
    Do NOT match-make for me.
Do NOT destroy a session just because the host chooses to leave. Pass the responsibility to the next guy.

    5) Stop punishing players with disability!

Mrs VorTechS is one of the many FibroMyalgia and M.E. sufferers. She loves to pick up the controller and play as often as she is able to, but she needs to take regular breaks.

In most games now, you bring all of your party with you. If she doesn't want to play because she needs to rest, she has to leave the party/session. To this I say: NO!!

She shouldn't have to leave a session just because she needs to take that break. In doing so, she risks not being able to get back in. Instead she should be able to set herself as 'Viewing' only. GRAW 2 did this well.

    6) Perspective.

An FPS should be just that. By all means give the option to view 3rd person (but perhaps discourage it's use through some form of penalty) but I like my shooters to show the field of vision as if they were my own two eyes!

    7) Option Descriptions

On the options screen give an explanation of what each option means to the player.

R6 is the first game I have ever had to change my controller options for, and the description of the dead stick zone percentage doesn't tell you anything about how the value changes what you are controlling.

    Example:

Left stick: The lower the value, the less you have to push the stick before your character moves, the higher the value the more you have to push the stick before the character moves.

Right stick: the less you have to push the stick before your character/aim turns the higher the value the more you have to push the stick before the character/aim turns.

Or at least I think that's what that option means.

It would also be good to have the ability to see the real-time effect of adjustments with some sort of test panel.

    8) Season Pass

Please make the DLC/Season Pass non-time limited. If this game is going to be as good as I think it is, then whilst I don't mind paying a premium for DLC content, I do begrudge you making that time-limited. Players should be being encouraged to be playing the game, and buying new content... not being subjected to a re-curring payment model that is likely to win few over.

    Great ideas

GR 2 had some of the best session set ups you got to decide teams, you could make one team "home" and one away with seige and such. limit weapons and everything.

And you could go to view only if you had to run to the bathroom or to let a dog out with out making your friends wait.

Or The times we had n odd number playing the first guy dead sits out the next game.

Theo only one that makes me cringe is sseason Pass- Please just get rid of it- make DLC free again, a thank you to the community for keeping your company alive.

Here is a short list of what I hope will be in the final game. If adverserial multiplayer gets announced I'll be back to ad a few things!!

    Campaign / Co-Op:

1: Possibility to go Lone Wolf without the AI squad

2: Possibility to play with 1-2 friends without the AI squad

3: Setting for "AI mood" like in op flashpoint. So we can choose their mood to be eighter stealthy while patroling or aggressive. Or to only shoot when shot at

4: Short precise gritty ai radio coms like in old ghost recon

5: Option to search for co-op matches with listed results. List should include the hosts ping

6: Possibility to screw/unscrew a silencer on our primary weapon during the round (like in R6 vegas)

7: Knive kills should take 3-5 secs to complete. And the attacker should be locked in a animation, making him vunerable (like in bf3 +4)

8: No regenerating health what so ever. And being wounded should have consequenses like added recoil, and less speed when moving

9: No aim assist what so ever. If implemented, give us the option to switch it of individually. And the host should be able to "force it off"

10: Host should have complete control of match settings, like:
Frag grenades on/off. Launchable frags on/off. Smoke grenades on/off. Launchable Smoke grenades on/off etc..
Match timer Setting.. etc. Options like in Graw and GrawII, just more of them

11: The abillity to set waypoints directely from our aim-reticule, and from the map

12: All points/XP earned in a round should be earned doing team oriented stuff like spotting, healing, supplying ammo etc.

    Movement / Controls:

1: Zoom button cannot be mapped to "right stick press" pleeease! Many of us in the Graw community suffer the dreaded panic zoom syndrome

2: Movement should be realistic like in Graw - No jump to roll. And no continuesly sprinting. Kit/Amor/Amunition weighs you down in real life. A short burst sprint is ok.. but should have a cool down timer.
This is ghost recon! Not cod/gow!

3: No cover system what so ever

4: Lean L/R buttons like in Graw. Should work in prone, crouched and standing

    Multiple save options.

One thing with games now is you can't have multiple save files.

I'd like to have multiples in GRW just to experience the AI.
