Are Ubisoft copyrights on GRAW1&2 released? | Forums

So, GRAW1 and GRAW2 are not buyable, no more official forum section deddicated to GRAW series here, ... Did Ubisoft closed their copyrights/rights of use about those games?
I mean, are those games still Ubisoft's property?
Because, GRIN has disapeared.

Who is the owner of Graw1&2 ?
My question looks weird, but I am very serious. I would like to contact the Graw1&2 owner's juridic instance.

Any chance Ubisoft can release them as a Game pack with revamped graphics for the xbox 1 ... Surely its only a couple of hours work ;-) but on the serious side of things if you did I would definitely buy them... Where do I pre-order....
