Didn't receive items/money after multiplayer season ended
The game didn't connect to the bunker correctly after this last winter multiplayer season ended, when I was supposed to be awarded with items and money, and now when I entered the bunker the game skipped that part completely. I have not received something like 9-10 donkey nuts and I don't know how much money that I was awaiting so much after reaching level 4 in this last multiplayer season. Also I used many golden tickets that now seem to have gone to waste...
Is there a way to check/fix this?

PS: Also I haven't been able to receive gifts in the last three days or so but I think that is an unrelated issue that has already been reported.

i am really to hear that. I would suggest you to send a ticket to the support, they'll probably be able to credit you what you should have received.
