This is ridiculous. I think a class action lawsuit is in order. Who's with me

I think the community has been lied to, I think the company is not doing enough to fix the server issues. 30 days in and the game is still unplayable. I have opened all extra ports that are required and the game is still unplayable. I think we need to rise up and contact a lawyer and demand compensation.

The quality of the servers is terrible. That being said, this thread is ******ed. I'm sure Ubisoft has an all-star team of lawyers waiting to counter sue. You'll end up spending thousands of dollars to no avail. But by all means...

We wouldn't spend a ton of money if it's hundreds if not thousands of people in the lawsuit. I'm not expecting myself or someone else to put their money up to fund the whole thing. Obviously you've never been in something that big. I have when a company has done wrong and the masses stood up and gotten checks because the company saves money in the long run by just settling

I just don't see the point in this. Im able to play like i would say most of us are. Sure there are problems like long wait times in matchmaking, sync. data error (2-3/10 times), lag due to the connection of a weird server other side of the world etc. But still most of the people are able to play. This being said i know this would never fly in court. At least not in europe where i live.

It would be a different thing if ACTUALLY most of the players were totally unable to play. You have to remember that people on this forum are just a little drop in the playerbase of this game. For example 3 of 8 my squadmates have had 0 problems with this game. Which is weird. But proves a point that it works on some people which makes the case quite hard.

I know For a fact us Xbox players are experiencing problems to where we can't play for hours. It happens about every day. I have opened all ports they have requested. Just today alone we were down for at least 4 hours between 7-11 eastern maybe longer. If it were a normal game not online only I wouldn't be pissed in the least. We are a month into this game and it still does not work correctly, nothing is getting better. We have been lied to and sold an inferior product that does not function correctly in more than enough time to be corrected. I have no idea as to where anyone could see this isn't the solution. If you had bought a car that wasn't running a month in what would you do? It's pathetic anyone would stand up for what they have sold us

That's the issue of your post here.

Not ANYONE. YOU. That's why you're the only one yet to agree with yourself.

I saw the matchmaking getting worse and worse over the last few days, I lost a sh*t tons of renown, and yet, I'm not as mad as you are.

A law suit for network issues ? What's wrong with you ?

Chill out for a bit, and come back later, they will probably add more servers over the day or the next few days...

This is the problem. Because you are able to play, sometimes, you are willing to over look the fact that this game is not what Ubisoft advertised. There's a forum thread that is 33 pages long filled with issues from this game.

What are you going to sue for, exactly? $60?? You hurting THAT bad over there?
There's MANY players who had to make a choice between this game and something else. I don't know your finacial status, and I couldn't care less about it, but I know that I definitely could have used the money I spent on this game for other things. Not everyone who plays this game are spoiled children who's parents buy them everything.

That's the issue of your post here.

Why chill out for a bit? Many of these issues were around in the Alpha and Beta testing. As I have said already, there's a 33 page thread filled with issues.

While I may not agree that there should be a class action lawsuit, I do feel there needs to be a lemon law for video games. I did not buy this game because of upcoming patch 1.22.1, or whatever patch number it might be in which this game is operating the way Ubisoft intended and advertised it. Everyone who purchased this game bought it to play it right now.

It is sad that people are willing to stand firmly on all fours while companies f*** them with BS like this. This isn't the first Ubisoft game that was broken at release. Ubisoft is not the only company that pushes whatever BS they want out the door, and then "patches" it later. Games shouldn't need patched to fix issues after release. That is the purpose of Alphas and Betas. They are testing periods to make sure the game is working. If the game isn't functioning as intended, delay the release. If a company can not release a completed game, they need to walk away.
