I have noticed this before many times, but only now has it really become a problem. Sometimes, when I finish a track, it does not allow me to tap on the loot wheel to grow a section, and it won't let me spin it either. When this happens, nothing on the screen can be accessed (any buttons on the top, i.e. gift box, etc.) The only fix is to force quit the game and reload. Well, when I have 200 presents on the wheel and have to force quit, I get mad.
Not to mention I have gotten nothing but parts and magnets for the past 11 days. That part is off topic but this event sucks. Plain and simple.

I get this a little bit but it resolves itself if I leave the game for around 30 seconds. With my game it's more like a temporary freeze. Hope you can find a solution for this.

I should be happy cuz i never had a single bug (im not counting the ones that come with an update and everyone has)
why is that happening only to some?

I use a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I have no idea what Android version (I'm a newb when it comes to technology).

I get the same problem. The loot wheel appears but it's not possible to spin it and no input works anywhere on the screen. If I use the back button on my tablet it allows me to exit the screen, but I usually restart the game or it just ends up happening again on the next track I play.
Using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S on Android.

Still, if your phone is acting an OK in any other interface, then it's something with the game... maybe to many ticks and server calls etc? How's your game's cache? Have you cleaned it up?
